When you visit the site

The current version has a contact form, but no membership system, user profiles or advertising tracking. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and similar visitor behaviour tracking code are not used. Fonts, images and stylesheets are served by this site; maps, videos and social media content are not embedded from third parties.

When you contact us

Contact messages are retained in the Yandex mailbox; no automatic deletion schedule is currently in place. The website does not delete messages from that mailbox. International infrastructure or access used by email and hosting services must be assessed under Article 9 of the KVKK. Further details about retention and service providers appear in the Personal Data Privacy Notice (KVKK).

When you choose to contact us through the form, by email or by phone, we process only the information needed to communicate with you and respond to your enquiry. Form messages are emailed to bilgi@netpatuketim.com.tr; the site does not store them in a separate form database or CRM. Short-lived, pseudonymous technical counters are used for spam and rate-limit protection. Details of the data controller, legal bases and your rights are set out in the Personal Data Privacy Notice (KVKK).

Technical logs

Hosting, network and security infrastructure may generate access and error logs to serve the site and resolve problems. The site application does not use them to create individual visitor profiles. Records should be limited to the scope and duration required by their purpose and applicable legal obligations; this policy does not state an unverified fixed retention period.

External links and purchases

Links to Trendyol, Netpa Tüketim, Sinkov, Killing, Citriodiol, the Ministry of Health, ÜTS, HSGM, CDC and KVKK resources lead to independent websites. Their own privacy, cookie and usage terms apply when you visit. These services are not embedded in Zerobite pages.

The Zerobite website does not take orders or payments. Buy links lead to external retailers, whose terms govern purchases, delivery, payment and after-sales service.

Data security

Netpa aims to apply technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the risks to personal data it processes. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed for internet transmissions. Avoid sharing unnecessary personal information and check that contact details are correct.
